When we first meet, I tell clients that I am a native to the East Coast and therefore have a direct style. I grew up near Philadelphia, and lived in New York City for over 10 years. Before moving to Lisbon, Portugal (!) I lived in Seattle, WA for 13 years. My identity as an East Coaster remains strong, and I am thoroughly enjoying my immersion in the Portuguese culture. I have an undergraduate degree in Secondary Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, and received my Master’s degree at Antioch University Seattle. I have many years of experience working in community mental health as both a therapist and supervisor, and love being in private practice and leading workshops. I live in central Lisbon with a husband and a giant hairy dog.
