Adult coloring books have become very popular. While they can be an excellent way to distress and manage anxiety, coloring is not a replacement for therapy. But coloring can still make you feel good, and if you like coloring, then keep at it! Any kind of creative expression is a useful coping skill and can open the floodgates of creativity.
